Workforce Development
NYBEP offers a wide variety of Workforce Development (WFD) opportunities, which are an excellent way for teachers and school staff to update their knowledge and skills and find out the latest developments within the world of business and industry. These opportunities include placements, networking, training, learning visits and resources. The main focus for WFD opportunities in the2007/2008 academic year will be supporting the delivery of the new Diplomas.
NYBEP’s aim is to develop a cross-curricular strategy for high quality workforce development opportunities for schools and colleges and business partners, resulting in a clear and well-understood programme.
NYBEP will build on its excellent reputation as a provider of diverse and bespoke workforce development opportunities, which lead ultimately to a more confident and well-equipped workforce.
