- Offering innovative and exciting work-related learning, inside and outside the classroom, for all learners
- Delivering and supporting activities to foster young people's interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM)
- Supporting work-related learning, enterprise and 'social and emotional aspects of learning' in primary schools
- Designing and running professional development programmes for teachers to help them place their teaching within a work-related conext
- Working with schools, training providers and the local authority to plan and implement provision under the 14-19 curriculum reform
- Building mentoring partnerships, both between staff in schools and business, and between young people and adult 'critical friends'.
Running through all our activities and programmes are themes of enterprise and the skill-based curriculum, and aspiration to achievement in further and higher education.
