We hold the Award for Education Business Excellence, and the Investors in People and Customer First Quality Standards.

NYBEP Adviser posts are filled at graduate or equivalent level (NVQ level 4 as a minimum).

All staff are Affiliate Members of the Institute of Education Business Excellence, and in addition a number are working towards the new Associate Membership level. A number of staff hold the NVQ Level 4 in Information, Advice and Guidance and also the Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector (PTLLS) qualification.

Our Work Experience Co-ordinators are all qualified to IOSH as a minimum, and the requirement for our Health and Safety placement vetting officers is NEBOSH. We track and exploit the wide variety of experience and qualifications which staff at all levels bring to their roles, including for example membership of the CIPD, CIM, IOD and AAT, and skills such as special educational needs provision, and project and events management.

All NYBEP staff have an enhanced CRB check.
