We provide free and paid for services. Our employer partners will tell you, however, that regardless of the nature of your involvement, not only does working with NYBEP feel good and have the potential to make a real difference to young people - it will also benefit your business.

  • Become an employer of choice. Employees want to know that the organisation they work for is responsible and committed to objectives that will benefit the business and its community. Offering your employees the chance to volunteer and get involved in something beyond ‘the day job’ can be great for employee engagement, motivation, personal development and advocacy.
  • Access opportunities to network with public and private sector organisations. We often find ourselves networking with the same people.Working beyond your usual sphere can introduce you to new people and ideas, as well as open up new markets and potential partnerships.
  • Develop your corporate social responsibility to include an emphasis on education, or provide more focus and structure. CSR can form an important part of a business strategy and contribute to key success measures. Working with schools enables you to influence what is learned and equip young people with the vital skills that are sought by employers.
  • Benefit from PR generated by your involvement with education. Employability and enterprise skills, particularly for the younger generation,are and will continue to be a focus at national level. As such, positive stories are often covered by a wide range of media; and NYBEP is active in promoting the involvement of our supporters and partners.
  • Work with a quality-assured and accredited provider of education business services that can add capacity to your plans and bring new skills and expertise through our team of experienced and creative staff.
Our priority is to make it simple to get involved, whilst catering for the varying levels of interest from employers and the resources they have available. We appreciate that wanting to get involved is easy; knowing exactly how to, and making it happen, may not be.
