Providing individually tailored services to help schools, colleges and universities enrich the curriculum, businesses engage actively in the development of their future workforce, and learners better understand their personal skills and future choices
Supporting education to achieve a better fit between the offer to young people and the needs of our communities and labour market
Enhancing opportunities and learning accessed by young people, including core learning as well as other options such as vocational provision

For employers -

Providing employers with opportunities to actively engage in the development of their future workforce whilst nurturing the talent and skills of their own employees
Offering a comprehensive range of activities and projects, through three programmes that take into consideration the varying interests and resources of employers
Making it easy for employers to engage with the education sector, whilst maximising the benefits in doing so. We can act as a single point of access to existing programmes or create something entirely new and bespoke
